"Managing resourses and developing Human potential" believes Mr. Pankaj Oswal is Human Resourse Management.

With a Masters degree in Commerce and Diploma in Business Management, today he is the General Manager-Resources(HR & Admin) in Dynamic Logistics. Having started his career as a Procurement Consultant, he worked as a liaison for procurement of scrap thus catering to the requirements of steel plants. He later involved himself in liasoning for paper mills for selling paper to various Government and Semi Government institutes.

Having travelled extensively for twenty five years, he constantly interacted with people from various fields; understood and analysed their organizational and operational problems. This made him realize his caliber and organizational capacity. Since July 2001, as GM-Resources(HR & Admin) Mr. Oswal has ensured smooth functioning of the Personnel and Admin Departments at Dynamic logistics; emphasizing on Employee Stock Option Plan and Return on Employees Contribution thus helping reward employees as per their performance.

He believes in the policy of trial and error, trying a lot of options and finding out the best solution. His approach has helped the company by building better employer-employee relations thus reducing the gap between employees and the management. His strategy of working focuses on cost-reduction and optimum utilization of resources.

Born and brought up in Pune, he feels that Pune was a more peaceful city in comparison to what it is today. He finds Pune to be a growing city with people participating in various social events. It is the youth of Pune he says, who give the city a chance to grow.
One thing about Pune which he likes is its climate and the locational advantage as compared to big cities like Bombay but hates the traffic and pollution of Pune.

A strong bonding for the city, he is proud to be a Puneite and would want to live and die in Pune.

Being a thorough HR professional he feels that HR is being utilized in the right fashion today. Earlier what the top management wanted happened but at present HR is participative in nature. Employees today are educated and ask for better work environment and better remuneration.
